This one pops up a lot especially as KA expanding !
So try this for a start !!!
1st Interview is Credential Check of Licence, Log Book, Passport etc.
- Very important interview as this is the 'does he/she fit in check' ?
Usually excellent people interviewing so be yourself. Having visited HK Is a bonus I believe as family stability can be shaken up a bit here and if you like HK its one less question they have to consider.
- Looking for assertive people as Command time is quick at around 1 1/2 years at the moment so if you have all the pre-requisites that helps.
