Perseverance pays off
I'm a bit puzzled by the apparent perspective; you can see a trace of the port wingtip and horizontal tailplane, but from that clue, which does match with the cockpits, I would expect to see more separation on the landing gear legs, which would need to be more "side-on" to merge like they appear!
Is it a Miles Hawk Major?
