Apologies! Was a cheap shot meant totally in jest! Phrase coined by the drivers themselves!! The point was not to segregate or seperate, rather to bring together. What could be fairer than a system of base salaries and then an additional meaningful extra payment, relative to the amount of hours you put in. At present I can't really see a down side.
