It is irrelevant what the public think once the threat of industrial action puts them off booking flights. We don't have to win any
PR war, only an economic one. Only when the cost of not dealing with our dispute is greater than the cost of dealing with it will we see any movement from the management. In other words we need to ballot for industrial action.
