So many people talking so much nonsense. If you don't like what you've got you should resign. In fact you should never have accepted the offer of employment you were given. Go and do something else and then after a while you can complain about that too. Some people are never happy. Even if Flybe gave you a 20% rise you would still find something to complain about.
