No it's damned well not! Either Callsign Kilo is ignorant about the difference between 'your' and 'you're' or he does know the difference and is too lazy to use each correctly.
We are supposedly 'professionals' and yet to read some of the illiterate offerings that often appear on these pages, one would think some haven't progressed beyond primary school English.
If you received a letter or email from a fellow 'professional', a lawyer or doctor for example, that was littered with spelling and punctuation mistakes, I would suggest that you might query the sender's crediblity.
