I don't think age is a problem.. I am 18 and got my contract a few days ago. In my group (we start in May) there is also a 25 year old.. So we got the full limit
About the feedback, you do get some if you call.. Still no exact numbers but it is still nice to know!
And last but not least, the SDM test.. I thought is was really really easy at the time that I did it.. I got a lot of conflicts, didn't miss any information and deleted and sorted them all fast. So a very high score Sarah told me..
A week or so ago I went to a friend of mine that has the skytest software.. I tried the SDM test there and it was really difficult
I forgot how to find opposing conflicts so I got none.. It was a bit faster then the EC one but still.. Sorting went ok but you got a lot more strips so it was full all the time.. really annoying
