No merged seniority lists (yet?) both companies operate as totally seperate carriers using their own AOCs under the top company IAG. The merger was mainly about amalgamating the back office systems and high level management.
So, whilst no seniority list merger is probably a good thing (Iberia are quite top heavy) it is a shame we can't get their staff travel system!!!!!
