I don't think Cargolux would buy B777F since they will introduce some B74-8F to the fleet. It would be new generation of the jumbo freighter and could last many many years. No sense that the company to purchase another type of Boeing freighter and this could be costly. The fleet with single type icraft would help to minimize the maintainence cost. Most of Cargolux's fight is long sector but not short, the two types of Boeing freighter is not helpful on this. Besides, cargo transit on two different types of Boeing freighter would be another big issue as well. Believe the top management will not ignore this.
