Umm, hang on. I seem to have forgotten the performance basics, but wouldn't that leave you in dire straits should the engine
actually fail?
Wouldn't that make it something like taking off from an airport with a higher than standard (normal) SID climb gradient and
planning to depart using the EOSID just to increase the payload?
