In a group interview you are usually given a scenario to talk about and solve between you all.
Airlines are looking for people who contribute to the discussion but who are considerate towards the views of others in the group. The actual decisions the group make are not important, it is the way you interact as a team and how you personally treat others in your group and your attitude towards the people featured in the scenario too.
