Er, what does this have to do with Gulfair Developments ? Anyway, I would have thought that landing without clearance is, in itself, a violation. Had a similar incidnt myself, no contact with Tower despite several calls, reached DH, went around & contacted Approach. They woke up the Tower Guy who was asleep. Be careful out there.
