If you are 5 minutes from Norwich Airport and you "believe" that KLM have a maintenance base there, wouldn't it be a good idea to walk over there one day and talk to them? They also have a big training operation.
But I'm wondering whether it's really worth your while, if you haven't thought of doing that, and haven't done it, already.
