And is it easy to do that when you've slept for 2 hours, you're worried about the next bill arriving on your doorstep, you can't afford petrol, you're physically exhausted after a long week of work and you're living on utterly sh!t food on the aircraft.
Oh woe is me. You're hardly on the breadline guys. Underpaid yes, no doubt. But still it's not that bad. And why only sleeping 2 hours? Surely you are working within FTL schemes? And you have a professional duty to be at work fit to fly.

As has been pointed out no one forced you to join Flybe. They clearly don't care about you, an attitude they also carry over to their pax from what I can see. But all those waiting for Easyjet to open up, I hope it's not a vast pay increase you think you'll be moving for. Once you pay for a TR and get screwed on the contract you may be losing sleep for a different reason.
