Well said mate I think your views which are exactly the same as mine and are hopefully what most people think to.
Safety which you brought up is not "prime importance " anymore its all down to people at the top making as much money as possible.No matter how much profit is made ....its never enough. Misery for the workforce is an acceptable price to pay for just that little bit more profit
And the way we get treated through the scheduling agreement and day to day rostering happens very simply because they can ...........human nature
Finally add all that up and what you get as a reason is GREED
Guys wake up and just understand the very very simple fact ..........they are not nice people simple as that !!!!!
