Why does management make it like this??
Crews are fed up, tired, broke and p*ssed off!!
Just reading the BMI thread here, apparently things are picking up nicely from their insecurity of the take over, crews are happy, salary is ok, rosters are fine!
There are endless companies out there, BA, virgin, monarch, Thompson, BMI to name but a few where people are happy to join, work and stay for a career!
Why do Flybe management seem to be going out of their way to upset people, make people want to leave and are only happy with their new cadets on the lowest salaries????
They will take the credit when things go well and accept the awards, but not bothered about their staff!!
