Don't hold out any hope that your NO votes will result in anything more on offer. The current BALPA touring circus has been rather enlightening and shows why they have failed so emphatically to achieve anything, even with an 80% mandate from the last ballot.
When they reach your base, see what they have to say for themselves. Management apologists and trying to employ scare tactics against FOs in particular to encourage everyone to vote YES. Quite disgusting in my view and they seem to have forgotten just who they are representing. Makes you wonder if they are getting a nice little backhander from our directors to scupper the vote.
Time for a vote of no confidence in the entire CC and get some reps with a bit of backbone and who don't invest their time in promoting their own pet projects.
