It's all speculation for the minute, anything can happen.
It could be that cadets go via Skywest on their way to Cruise FO 777 or B737 E190 positions.
Or they could be DE to all the
VB positions. The owner of Skywest was mentioned by JB so one would have to assume some sort of tie up through the ATR's.
Time will tell.
