I don't expect the same salary as British Airways, but here is what BALPA can do at other companies, at 2% my 4 years salary would increase by £600!!
Starter pay is now £49,085 for new FOs, long or shorthaul. It will go up by 1900 each year shorthaul / 2600 longhaul. For example if you've done 5 years, FO basic has risen to £58633 shorthaul, £62266 longhaul.
To this you can add allowances - something between 12-15k shorthaul depending on how many nightstops you do.
