Our President had a bad hand when he choose the present DG. Capt. JA would have been the right person for this job but not RG. RG loves to travel and be absent from his office most of the time. Very different from his predecessor. Most of his staff are people from an airline where he was a Director before and are on their payroll, too. JA does most of the work and thinking and he has the brains and the understanding for the tasks at hand in CAAP. RG loves only to represent and collect the benefits. The work he leaves to others.
