Must say Boggy, have listened twice now to the CNN link provided by his masters voice and didn’t hear the Commissioner say that the number 4 reactor was empty. What I heard him say is:
Number 4 was shut down at the time of the earthquake and there is no water in the spent fuel pool.
Thanks nevertheless or focusing my attention on the devil in the detail. The more I look into what’s happened, the more envious I am about those safely ensconced down under in a nuclear free country.
