That's the point, a mod student is still working and in many cases on a salary greater than what can be expected of an entry level FO position. It shouldn't be all about money, but it generally seems to be for these integrated mob and what I'm trying to show you is that even for the lucky few, the only ones winning are the integrated FTO providers.
