As a general rule, these are the standard frequencies in use for QX

MOATT-PRAWN: 132.65
PORGY-OYSTR: 133.42
CARPE-DOTTY: 134.3
CYMON-VIXUN: 133.9
YYT-BOBTU: 134.7

These change daily depending on the tracks, of course, but you should always be able to reach someone on one of these frequencies.
