I know the power switch on the RNS252 Supertans was discovered in the off position amongst the wreckage, but if anyone can point me to a
SOURCE document suggesting this selection is likely to have occurred
prior to the sequence of multiple impacts, I would be most grateful?
I may very well be wrong, but I don't recall crew selection being the conclusion of the AAIB??
