You're right - we should always have aimed higher than 5%.
But, we shouldn't get rid of the CC -
we should remind them that they have our mandate to demand a better scheduling agreement AND a decent pay award.

Then YOU decideto ballot separately for the Scheduling Agreement and the Pay Award. Don't let the company dictate that we must accept the 2 issues on one ballot.
If necessary - ballot for industrial action over the pay award and the scheduling agreement separately.
