I couldn't agree with you more, now is the time for sticking together and dig our heels in. If we do vote no (I will be as the pay and sched offer are pants) then I would suggest an email to the CC to say why.This would help when the company come out with their next final offer. A stronger stance by BALPA at the next meeting is needed, this has gone on far too long.
