After crunching the numbers and trying to make them look good to please my wife and convince myself that it was an ok deal........ I just couldn't manage it.
I also politely declined the offer today. (The HR people are great and they understand completely.)
Very dissapointed as I to have wanted to join Cx for a very long time.
