They are not listening to their Cape Town crews, they don`t have any yet, they are starting a Cape Town base, so candidates from Cape Town were in Jhb for an interview. They already have permanently based cabin crew in Cpt, now they doing same with flight deck crew! It will minimize night stops for Jhb based crew! So actually they paid attention to what the Jhb crew were saying about too many night stops! By establishing a Cpt base they minimize costs for hotel acc for nights stop crew! Now everybody is HAPPY..
