Scoliosis, hay fever, pneumonia and emphysema

I have scoliosis and had surgery about 7 years ago. I now have a fused spine, and 3 rods. I had no problem passing my class 2 medical, and at the time I was told there should be no reason i'd fail a class 1, at least not be cause of my scoliosis.
