I would of course rather fly from NQY, I am flying this week NQY- LGW - BGI and the taxi cost is £35 from home. It is a personal thing but I would still rather drive to EXT than suffer two scheduled stops on a short flight to ABZ. I haven't done the research but it may even be worth looking at NQY/LGW/ABZ for a similar cost if it is possible?
Booking straight through is an obvious move for ASW but my own feeling is I doubt it will have much effect on loads.
Deano: Yeah but unless that comes from a 60mpg Kawasaki I bet I could get there quicker and carry more suitcases!! Better get back to ASW .....
