.It is indeed the Bharat (BHEL) Swati from India. From what I can make out at least 40 were produced as trainers for the Indian DCA.
Edit: since I found the exact source of your photo I can tell that you did not blacken the gear completely... that's why it didn't make any sense to me: I thought the gray zone was a part of the shadow and it seemed as it were inclined backwards... tailstrikes here I come!
To be honest from the photo I couldn't really make out the gear that well. So I just used another photo from a book as a guide..
