I appreciate your advice, you sound right on; let you know how it goes. As for people who can’t see their failure and errors, those must be Airline nightmare.
I have made a list of my strong sides and my weaknesses, and I am absolutely not embarrassed over it. There is guys with thousands of hours who can’t even get the call outs right, but that is another story.
In my opinion this is what the Airlines look for : A TRAINEBULE, HUMBLE PILOT.
THE AIRLINES DON’T LIKE TOPGUN GUYS ANYMORE. Sorry for letting you guys down but it’s a fact.
