I saw that too and was going to apply but it vanished as quick as it appeared. Lucky escape. That would tie in with the investors talking about pulling the plug. Apparently they made redundancies this time last year too. At this rate there will be nobody left next year.
Anything like this is bad for the industry but most reckon their main Ops guy doesn't know what he's doing and has a lot to do with the sinking ship.
