Special Exemptions
According to the website certain identified airfields will be able to apply for Exemptions to the restrictions during the period.

Anyone have any idea what those exemptions might entail and will they be on a per airfield basis or will each operator have to apply for the exemption?

As a side note the website appears to have crashed already!
