Well, my deductive process may be convoluted, but it is obviously British, (the aeroplane, not my process). Several clues here, like the joystick, standard blind flying panel, compass, etc., all say British. It is twin engined, non-jet powered, pressurized cockpit, (given the thickness of the canopy and windscreen frames). The ovoid frame of the windscreen, and the downward slant visibility (low to no glare shield) starts to narrow the selection of candidates. After eliminating the Vickers 432, I looked closely at some Westland cockpits and noticed similarities, although I never found a photo or diagram of the Welkin cockpit, I supposed it may be that beautiful beast. I do enjoy the hunt. Thank you for that.
