9A I am glad things are Improving , it sounds as if your dealings were not as smooth as you would have hoped? do they want to sell the things, if so give the CUSTOMER the courtesy of a reply.
Sounds like sales want a good kicking & maybe the department head being asked to finding another position, it does not auger well for after sales service
And people winge about MD
It does appear that customers come very low on helicopter company's radar, possibly if the government agency's get their act together
& start demanding value there will be a seed change in thinking, (
not holding breath though)
