Just moved back to DXB after 16 years and have have got a one bed in the Marina area (Marsa Dubai) right opposite some decent hotels. Bit of a building site right now. DHS 52000 with appliances. DEWA about DHS 250 with max AC; DU about DHS 300 (the latter two sums monthly).
