David - As I said above. Let them have guns in the cockpit
IN THE US!. We just don't want them over here. Accidents will happen and the US has to decide whether or not those accidents are an acceptable price to pay for the level of safety achieved, real or otherwise. Over here, we don't want them, so let your boss know, let the CAA know, maybe even let "The Sun" know (but then again, maybe not
). Guns may be great in the US, but not here!
