To put some numbers in perspective if the RAF held a party and invited the Navy
RAF’s strength to 31,000 personnel ( over next 5 years?)
If you took the Royal Navy at
Active; 35,000 (reducing) Regulars and 3,600 Volunteers
you could comfortably get all the attendees into 'Old Trafford' the home ground of Manchester united Football Club which has a fully seated capacity of 76,100 with room left for policing
