I would suspect any airline will want you to work a few years full time before considering you for a part time position. You could however become a flying instructor part time and build hours.

I can't imagine any airline would be flexible enough for you to complete a degree at any traditional university whilst working, I suspect though a distance learning degree (eg open university) would be possible.
