Just a small integration for those wondering:
1-numbers are after taxes
2-numbers include per diems
3- basic salary is very very low. (basically no pension)
4-no health insurance (...and it is mandatory according italian laws)
5-no private retirement (...also this one it's mandary according italian laws)
In the end, the germans get perks in lhi, the italians get !!!!.
