If WW are going to change their fleet it would be an opportunity to start another subsidiary company on less expensive Ts & Cs than WW currently have. There seems to be plenty of low hours pilots in the UK who are willing to pay to be fly airbuses. No need to employ First Officers at all! Come to think of there have been a number of Captains willing to pay for their own training qualifications.
Sounds like a good business model
