Why looking with original thinking..?
Lets start first with the basic before even thinking further: (applicable for most of the so called "major" carrier or national carrier ...as Q.R. pretend to be a major carrier...)like:
-A fair and balanced roster (especially on 320): original? i don't think so!
-A Pension plan (like most of the major carriers!): again original?i don't think so!
-Incentive (bonus,profit share..):anything original:again..no!
-Seniority reward/respect: make sense .. but again not in QR....
