Gentlemen, this is getting to be a white vs brown and a low timer vs an experienced pilot..
remember most big jets fall out of the sky with a very experienced pilot... now i am not saying that low timers dont do silly things out of inexperience.. and the Indian 250 hour wonders are the best or the worst, but its all about discipline.
chaps getting their CPLs in 6-12months get it because of discipline, most chaps get hired by airlines at 250 hours because of the discipline and sincerity..
its the attitude and behavior of a lot of kiddie winks learnin how to fly (read burring holes in the skies and their parents pockets) and cocky behavior by a few senior pilots that has tainted the name of a lot of us (not just brown but white ones too)
