As you mention 40% of QR Pilot are unprofessional! How did you rated these pilot? How did you come out this figure? How do you define professional pilot? I guess those professional pilot who fly better than you are the amount of 60% professional. your big ego one day will destroy you. If you are so good, why don't you work for your home country flag carrer ( British Airwasy ). And since you are no longer working in QR, why are you still so concern about this company? you should pay more attention European major airlines's news instead of ME.
