Cardiff are a good price now that Aeros Flight Training are one of the handlers for GA up 1999 kg. They provide Avgas at a good price and A PA28 will cost you only £25. (No handling fee on top). Adam or Nik will also make you a free cup of tea. Not bad price for an airfield with an ILS/DME approach both ends and radar. Not to mention the resturant above Aeros.
