How old was "Ash" at Sywell when he packed in?
HD, "Ash" was an ATCO at Sywell from 1964 until his retirement in 1975 at the age of 75.
I enquired about this when I was there recently and somebody who has been associated with Sywell for a long time dug out an old article about him from an old copy of their 'Aerodrome' magazine.
