Thats what I was looking for, its the Promavia ATTA-3000 (aka Mikoyan 815) which was to be a joint Mikoyan/Promavia offering through Boeing as a JPATS contender. When the emphasis was changed to low operating costs with sacrifice on performance, Boeing dropped its support, which in turn lead Promavia to go in to receivership. However Mikoyan went on to develop the MiG-AT which not uncoincidentally bears a lot of similarity to the ATTA.
