Lots of reasons, all of which the ******* MSN "help" centre won't let me near.
Bad enough having to format (forced) your machine, but when, despite having all the old stuff saved in "windows.old" you can't retrieve your effing passwords from thunderbird/hotmail files in said folder, it does rather boil ones wee.
