If it is definitely an Open day and not an assessment day then I see no reason why you should not go? If you feel you are prepared for it and ready to make the move then to go to the OD it can't hurt your chances!! I work for EY and have never been to an EK OD or AD but check back on the forum and find out the company procedure. If they are like EY you only have one day to deal with (AD that is - I've never been to an EY OD) if they are like QR the process lasts for three days if you are successful at the different stages and you will have to determine if that is feesible for you to be prepared/able to be in KL for three days.
